Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our customer service and IT support team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
- Opening and submitting customer requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response
- Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
- Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly preferred)
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly
