Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Support: Engage directly with clients via phone, web, or e-mail correspondence to address their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Processing Applications and Related Work: Process applications, application audits, and other related work in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing Guidance and Support: Offer guidance regarding certification pathways and eligibility requirements to our clients.
  • Maintaining Accurate Customer Database: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of customer information in our database.
  • Collaborating with Departments: Work with department(s) to develop and facilitate customer communications, ensuring seamless and effective communication.
  • Staying Informed and Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge on arenaflex policies and program updates to provide the best possible support to our clients.
  • Enhancing Processes and Procedures: Identify areas for improvement and document processes and procedures as required to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining High Levels of Professionalism: Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, reflecting positively on arenaflex.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: At least one year of experience in a customer service or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through various software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
