[Remote] Field Sales Representative (GTA)

The Field Sales Representative will develop professional relationships with customers, optimize base sales, and ensure visibility in retailers while meeting field KPIs and annual objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation
  • Report on activities

Skills

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
  • Perseverance and attention to details
  • University Bachelor´s Degree (4 years)
  • The successful candidate must live near the GTA
  • Relevant sales and merchandising experience within the CPG environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, courage, passion and energy
  • Results-focused and motivated, business savvy
  • A natural relationship builder, comfortable building rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take the right initiative
  • Demonstrated experience making a difference and driving impact on goals
  • Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required)
  • The ability to work within an assigned territory, driving to various locations
