Transfer Analyst

The Transfer Analyst role is crucial for facilitating IPv4 address transfers, requiring strong customer service skills and attention to detail while guiding clients through the transfer process.
Responsibilities
- Improve our already world-class customer service
- Provide excellent guidance to our customers throughout the transfer process
- Represent us at conferences around North America and around the world
- Stay current on RIR policies, industry changes, and best practices
- Stay in close communication with customers to guide them through the transfer process
- Flexibility to handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise
Skills
- Time in a role focused on making customers happy
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Time efficient with critical thinking skills
- Excellent English language skills
- An understanding of IPv4 is a plus but not a must have (we will help you with this if you don't bring it to the role)
- Ideally, advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, IF statements, INDEX/MATCH)
- Python or other programming language a plus!
- Additional languages are definitely a plus!
