Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Client Insightful Center product strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and success of our customer analytics and experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, focusing on customer analytics and experience initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions that prioritize data security and customer protection
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful product delivery
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Designing, or related field

  • 7 years' experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through product innovation and customer analytics
  • Strong understanding of customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain KPIs and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and partners

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Software Engineering, Designing, Business Organization, or related field

  • 9 years' experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products
  • Experience working with Web Content Openness Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles
  • Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies, with a focus on customer analytics and experience
