What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Care Specialist, Commercial Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish and maintain sustainable relationships of trust with customers and teammates through open communication.
  • Providing Timely Solutions: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
  • Uploading Certificates of Insurance: Upload COIs into our software program, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Supporting Email and Phone Communications: Respond to support emails and maintain inbound and outbound phone communications, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Training Customers: Assist in training customers to ensure proper software utilization and satisfaction.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1 Year of Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, with a focus on commercial insurance.
  • Commercial Insurance Experience: Required experience in the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty insurance.
  • Entry-Level Experience with COIs: Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance, with a focus on uploading and processing COIs.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
