Marketing Coordinator

Dermalogica is the leader of the professional skincare industry, and they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their U.S. professional marketing team. This role supports the planning and execution of key marketing initiatives for the medical aesthetic channel, including live events, creative campaigns, and digital activations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of professional events that include both trade shows and professional brand events
  • Manage logistics, packing/unpacking, vendor communications, and asset tracking to ensure seamless experiences
  • Draft creative briefs and collaborate cross-functionally with design teams
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints
  • Assist in managing digital campaigns, including email, paid social, and content updates as needed
  • Track campaign performance and compile post activation reports
  • Help manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain medical marketing calendar and medical asset library

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or strong interest in the skin health or medical aesthetics industry strongly preferred
