[Remote] Associate Financial Advisor (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dew Wealth Management is a Fiduciary Investment Advisory Firm that provides innovative wealth management services to entrepreneurs. The Associate Financial Advisor will work closely with senior advisors to manage complex family wealth dynamics and provide strategic partnership to clients, focusing on advanced financial planning strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an Advisor, Lead Advisor, and Senior Advisor managing Fractional Family Office services for clients
- Navigate complex family wealth dynamics, coordinate professional advisors (attorneys, CPAs, business managers), and juggle competing priorities across personal wealth and active businesses
- Dive deep into advanced planning strategies, irrevocable trust structures, qualified small business stock elections, entity optimization, and wealth transfer techniques
- Develop technical expertise in wealth management and provide insights that impact clients' financial decisions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of financial services experience, ideally in an advisory or client-facing capacity
- Must reside in the continental United States, excluding CA
- Current enrollment in or completion of CFP® program preferred
