Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system
  • Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to track the outcome and coordinate follow-up actions as needed
  • Providing timely and accurate email updates to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure efficient ticket closure

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
