Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently and to their satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records

- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proven customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications and internet navigation
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Education & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Training will be provided to ensure you have the tools and knowledge required for success
