Job Description

As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our databases. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Applying data program techniques and procedures
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
  • Keeping information confidential
  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files

Educational Qualifications
