Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry; minimum of 2 years experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to work overtime as required
