Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
