Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the Knowledge Base provided
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics
  • Working with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger
  • Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
