The Opportunity

We're looking for a solution-based SALES representative with strong CUSTOMER SERVICE skills to join our team. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for showcasing and upselling products, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate and complete information to customers. You'll also be expected to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Generate sales leads and identify opportunities to upsell products
  • Assess customers' needs and provide solutions to achieve satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts through regular communication and follow-up
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications and Experience

* 3+ years' experience in Sales and Customer Service roles with customer-facing responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently and be trustworthy
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with using Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM applications
  • Ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgment
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset
  • Customer Service/Sales experience of 3 years minimum

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

* Some college or vocational school preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer service expectations

Work Schedule

* Hours of Operation: M-F 8 Am-8 Pm, Sat. 10 Am-7 Pm, Sun 1 Pm-4 Pm EST

  • Must be available to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Must reside in the Continental United States and be a US citizen

Work-from-Home Office Requirements

* Must have a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions

  • Must have a remote office internet connection with high-speed internet access (not a hotspot)
  • Must have a PC or Laptop (not a Chromebook or Mac) with at least 8GB Ram and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768
  • Headset is not mandatory but recommended
