What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective way
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions where required
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
- Developing rapport with customers and offering solutions, not excuses
- Engaging and tailoring interactions with each customer to make their experience exceptional
What We're Looking For
We're searching for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
- Excellent customer service attitude and a positive, upbeat demeanor
- The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
- Friendly, confident, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Location
We're looking for candidates who live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
