Platform Product Manager- Andela Talent Cloud

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-18

Platform Product Manager – Andela Talent Cloud About Andela: At Andela, we know brilliance is evenly distributed around the world, but opportunity is not. For over 10 years, Andela has connected its customers with top global, remote technical talent from over 135 countries with the majority residing in emerging markets like Africa and Latin America. As one of the world’s largest talent marketplaces, Andela gives companies greater flexibility to quickly deploy qualified technologists. With talent highly skilled in advanced technologies to support Application Development, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud & DevOps, Data Engineering, and much more, customers experience 33% faster project delivery. The company’s exclusive AI-powered platform, Andela Talent Cloud, is the industry’s only unified platform managing the complete global talent lifecycle and enables customers to fill individual roles or engage fully managed teams up to 66% faster. Andela is on the precipice of two breakout industry transformations: one in staffing/hiring and the other in software development, both accelerated by generative AI. Are you an exceptional, hungry leader seasoned in scaling businesses through transformation and growth? Join us and change the world. Exceptional Leadership: As an Andelan, you’ll serve as a role model for the rest of the company, you do not need to manage people to be a leader at Andela! Think about the feedback your peers typically give you – if it usually sounds like the below, we want to hear from you.

  • Low ego, low drama: You share credit, take blame. You like being wrong because it means someone else had an even better idea.
  • One team mentality: You break silos across teams. You put the company and mission first above your team alone.
  • Great listener, hungry for feedback: You’re always seeking to improve – our product, our business, yourself. You solicit diverse opinions and deeply listen.
  • Owner, not renter: You see a problem, you fix it or find someone who will. The buck stops with you.
  • Team-player: You roll up your sleeves and get scrappy. You do this by proactively collaborating with your team while actively engaging in important details that matter.
  • Business problem solver: You’re not just a functional expert; you consistently get praise for approaching your function through the lens of solving business problems.

About the Role: If you're reading this, you're already familiar with the Andela Talent Cloud platform and our network. We’re seeking a Product Manager who brings firsthand experience from within the Andela community to help us rebuild the Andela Talent Cloud platform from the ground up. We’re building the next chapter of Andela to help our clients and talent network leverage AI to succeed in this moment of industry transformation. Your insight as a member of our network will be invaluable in building this next generation of our platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with design and engineering to define and deliver the core functionality of the ATC platform.
  • Maintain the roadmap and backlog of product features and functionality for the platform.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for efficiency and feature improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring workflows are smooth and efficient.
  • Build and manage success metrics and QA processes to ensure the platform is providing value.
  • Leverage your unique perspective as a network member to help us understand and improve the user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a clear track record of ownership and shipping features that actually drive value.
  • Strong product intuition on platform development, building for enterprise customers, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Bonus points for: experiences working on recruiting/ATS platforms, multi-sided marketplaces, or AI feature development that reliably leverages user generated content.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and the ability to ask detailed, insightful questions to ensure accuracy and quality in our product.
  • A strong passion for building, thoughtfulness, and a deep focus on real-world user value.
  • Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap with West Coast US working hours (8 AM to 2 PM PT).

What You’ll Have:

  • Direct support from the Principal Product Manager.
  • A collaborative environment where your insights are highly valued.
  • A design team and engaged stakeholders eager to see you succeed.
  • Direct access to customers, users, and tons of data to guide decisions.

Role and application details:

  • This role is a full time contract role, running at least 12 months.
  • We’re open to a wide range of non-traditional backgrounds.
  • Application process: Please include a short cover letter that describes a product you built or owned that is most relevant for this role, and what lessons you learned that might be helpful here.
