Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches
  • Resolving complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services
  • Uncovering customer wants, interests, and needs to effectively save the product and offer additional products and services
  • Demonstrating self-sufficiency through utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting
  • Utilizing virtual communication tools to engage with managers or support teams for assistance
  • Remaining proficient in explaining customer bills and managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services
  • Performing basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
  • Adhering to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
  • Extensive knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Self-sufficiency in utilizing support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in explaining customer bills and managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for one or more products or services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Requirements

To qualify for this Work From Home position, you must reside in one of the following states: SD, IL, IN, or WI. You'll also need to meet the following requirements:

  • An established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • Ability to maintain a workspace in alignment with arenaflex's Work From Home standards
  • Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts
