Agency Sales Leader

Farmers Insurance - Greater Phoenix is dedicated to empowering the community through comprehensive insurance solutions. They are seeking a motivated Agency Sales Leader to build client relationships, develop new business, and provide personalized insurance services.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases
  • Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals
  • Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals
  • Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals
  • Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products
  • Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills

Skills

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (license assistance available)
  • Ability to work independently and with urgency
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset
  • Previous sales or insurance experience is not required – just the drive to succeed
