Key Responsibilities:
* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines
- Delete messages that violate our rules, ban users with repeat offenses, and mute users who have broken our rules
- Investigate reports from users about potential rule violations and take necessary action
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with our community guidelines and rules, making adjustments as needed to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
Essential Qualifications:
* 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
