Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $18 - $22 per hour. Our working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, providing a stable and predictable schedule for our team members. Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the root cause of the problem
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, and expediting correction or adjustment as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information
  • Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong typing and computer skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and manage your time efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Prior customer service experience is highly desirable, although not essential

Educational Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field is highly desirable and may be an advantage in your application.

Experience and Skills

A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, although we are willing to consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate exceptional skills and a strong passion for customer service. You will need to possess:
