Job Title: Performance Marketing Project Manager Location: Remote — strong overlap with Asia / Europe / MENA time zones preferred Mission Own and drive the execution of a high-performing, AI-augmented performance marketing engine that helps scale Ancient Remedies from a current run-rate of $1.5M+ per month to $10M+ per month in revenue. As Performance Marketing Project Manager, you will sit at the intersection of paid media, creative, data, and execution, ensuring that performance initiatives move fast, stay aligned, and deliver measurable results. You will partner closely with the CEO, creative, media buyers, and engineering teams to translate strategy into action and outcomes. This role is critical to ensuring our creative and performance marketing efforts operate as a well-orchestrated system, not silos.

About Us

Ancient Remedies is a profitable, fast-growing direct-response D2C brand in the natural health & wellness space. With strong product-market fit and loyal customers, we are entering our next stage of growth — and performance marketing excellence is a core driver of that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Execution & Project Management Own and manage performance marketing initiatives across paid acquisition channels (primarily Meta & YouTube, managing $500k+/month ad spend). Translate growth goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables across creative, media buying, and engineering teams. Act as the central point of coordination to ensure campaigns launch on time, iterate quickly, and scale efficiently. Creative & Campaign Management Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of performance creatives: insights → briefs → production → launch → testing → iteration. Partner closely with creative strategists, video editors, and media buyers to ensure creative output aligns with performance objectives. Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality, performance-driven creatives is delivered at volume. Data, Testing & Optimization Monitor campaign performance and creative results, surfacing insights, trends, and opportunities. Help structure testing frameworks (creative angles, hooks, formats, audiences) and ensure learnings are documented and applied. Work with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on performance impact and scalability. AI & Systems Enablement Support the adoption of AI-first workflows across creative production, research, scripting, and optimization. Collaborate with engineering on tools and internal platforms (e.g., AdGenius) to improve execution speed, learning synthesis, and automation. Continuously improve systems and processes that enable teams to move faster with clarity and accountability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key connector between performance marketing, creatives, media buying, and engineering. Facilitate alignment, remove blockers, and ensure teams are focused on the highest-impact work. Support leadership with reporting, updates, and performance insights. Qualifications & Experience Required Experience 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or project management roles within D2C / direct-response brands. Hands-on experience working with paid media teams (Meta, YouTube) and high-volume creative testing environments. Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities. Strong understanding of performance creatives — what makes ads work, how they are tested, and how they scale. Experience managing or coordinating creative teams (designers, editors, strategists, freelancers). Performance Marketing Expertise Solid grasp of direct-response fundamentals: ROAS, CAC, funnels, creative angles, hooks, audience psychology. Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating it into clear next actions. Experience supporting campaigns with six-figure to seven-figure monthly ad spend. Bonus / Preferred Experience in health & wellness or supplements. Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing, creative production, or performance analysis. Experience working in fast-scaling, founder-led startups. Strong written and verbal communication skills across distributed teams. What We’re Looking For A high-ownership operator who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure where none exists. Someone who can balance speed and quality, execution and insight. A natural organizer who keeps teams aligned, focused, and moving forward. Data-informed, but execution-driven.

What We Offer

A highly impactful role at a profitable, scaling D2C company. Direct collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership. The opportunity to help build a world-class performance marketing system, not just manage tasks. Exposure to cutting-edge AI-enabled marketing workflows.
