[Remote] Marketing QA Analyst - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to ensure all marketing materials are accurate and compliant. The role involves using automation tools and hands-on reviews to confirm materials meet insurance regulations and brand standards while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials using automated tools to ensure compliance with insurance regulations, brand standards, and product accuracy
- Perform manual quality checks (spelling, grammar, formatting, metadata) and escalate items to Compliance when needed
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure materials are approved and market-ready on time
- Manage asset lifecycles by tracking expirations, renewals, and removal of outdated or non-compliant materials
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and help improve QA and compliance processes through automation
Skills
- Strong background supporting marketing teams within the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of Long Term Care (LTC) products
- Familiarity with digital asset management and marketing workflow tools (Workfront, JIRA, Asana, MABEL or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners
- Working knowledge of insurance marketing regulations (NAIC guidelines, state DOI requirements)
- Experience using marketing or regulatory technology and compliance tools (e.g., Marketing on Demand, InDesign, Ipipeline, PerformLine, Smarsh, Proofpoint, Hearsay)

- Experience supporting insurance marketing teams
