Responsibilities
- Learn how to sell products and build client relationships as a financial professional
- Meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role
- Undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prepare for success as a manager
- Recruit and coach others to success
- Lead and build a team of financial professionals after completing the Associate Partner training program
Skills
- Sales or managerial experience in another industry
- Experience running your own business
- MBA or other equivalent degree
