Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Following up on missing information to facilitate claim processing and resolution
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems to provide valuable insights and support business decisions
  • Collaborating with the claims coordination team to resolve complex issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

  • 6-12 months of work experience in a customer-facing or data entry role
