Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues
  • Resolving billing inquiries, fulfillment issues, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Updating customer information, collecting payments, and informing customers of upcoming renewals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed) and a dedicated, quiet workspace
  • PC or laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS, and a USB headset for taking calls
  • Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum, and at least one weekend day per week (shorter shifts from 7 AM to 12 PM)
  • Solid PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to live in Wyoming or Kansas

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of subscription-based services and industry trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
