Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to arenaflex products and services
  • Providing detailed and accurate product information to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
