Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our virtual team as a part-time, temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a more permanent schedule in January 2025. As a virtual assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, managing guest relations, and contributing to the growth and success of our operations. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

Guest Relations

+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or chat + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support and service + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms

Company Tasks

+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT
  • Availability: Availability to work part-time, temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a more permanent schedule in January 2025
  • Time Zone: Availability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Shift Availability: Availability to work Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST, with potential for additional part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial in this role:

  • Experience: Experience working in customer service, guest relations, or a related field
  • Skills: Proficiency in business financials/accounting, 3rd party vendor relations, and maintenance labor management
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, guest relations, or a related field
