Job Overview

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer and member inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deciphering information from requestors and delivering personalized support to meet their needs

* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers and members, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on live chat support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using a phone, tablet, or laptop to access social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
