Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Modeling and Sharing Best Practices: Share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Service: Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Registering Sales and Processing Transactions: Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
- Maintaining Store Appearance: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- Providing Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
- Assisting with Web Pick-ups: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Maintaining Store Condition: Ensure clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Preferred Qualifications
* Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Training and Development: Willingness to attend training and complete PPLs (Product, Process, and Location) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
- Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or other languages spoken in the region.
