Job Description

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Creating compelling social media content that aligns with arenaflex's brand and objectives
  • Analyzing social media metrics and generating reports to track performance and engagement
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining a positive and engaging online presence to enhance customer loyalty
  • Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the market

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and customer service roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues
