About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs Liaison, you'll be a key member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex
  • Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
  • Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
  • Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
  • Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE
  • The ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
  • A high level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
  • Satisfactory attendance
