Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Working within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and offering up-sell opportunities
  • Providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment
  • Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Initiating steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
  • Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a majority of communication being outbound
  • Collaborating with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date
  • Undertaking sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
  • Working closely with your team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Prior success in high-volume calling and experience learning new technology and data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to commute to Nashville, TN hub (or willingness to work from home with a flexible schedule)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a similar role within the industry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with a focus on sales performance and customer insights
