Job Overview

Our Specialty Pharmacy is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. You will work from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, handling inbound calls from patients, answering their questions, and providing them with the support they need to manage their health. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, answering their questions, and providing them with support and guidance on their medication and treatment plans
  • Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, ensuring that patients receive their medications in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support
  • Utilize our computer systems and software to manage patient information, process orders, and track patient interactions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • 6 months of high call center experience, working with customers or patients in a Windows, Microsoft, or other application environment
  • A strong passion for helping others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work from home in Illinois, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn and utilize our software and systems

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
