Responsibilities

As a remote customer dispute chat representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner, utilizing arenaflex's cutting-edge technology and collaboration tools.
  • Investigating customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements
