Job Overview

In this exciting role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for arenaflex's clients' customers, handling a diverse range of inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients in a positive manner while converting these interactions into valuable leads to enhance revenue generation from website traffic. As an Online Automotive Support Representative, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries, providing precise information, scheduling appointments, and continuously developing your knowledge base to stay up-to-date with arenaflex's evolving offerings.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to meet customer expectations

  • Provide precise information regarding products and services, including features, pricing, and availability
  • Schedule appointments effectively based on customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Continuously develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving offerings, staying informed about new products, services, and promotions
  • Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation purposes, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines
  • Summarize customer interactions and feedback for client review, providing actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Required Skills

* Demonstrated excellence in customer service within a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic proficiency in internet and computer use, including familiarity with online chat platforms and software
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, with prior gaming experience considered advantageous in terms of adaptability and quick thinking
  • A pleasant, patient, and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding
  • Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM recommended to ensure efficient and accurate communication

Qualifications
