Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence, ensuring efficient, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer transactions
• Processing product orders and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing multiple screens, systems, and websites
• Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, returns, and credits
• Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits
• Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow regarding sales, promotions, and problems, ensuring accurate billings and shipments
• Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
• Participating in special projects, such as social media customer service, warranty claims, and other initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
• Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace without distractions

Hiring Range:

The hiring range for this position is $13.80 USD - $17.25 USD per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
