Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Contact Representative to join our HQ remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries and/or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls related to federal debts, collections, and returned checks, and take appropriate actions based on the account status

  • Review and research customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Document collection efforts made according to policies and procedures
  • Promote products and services related to ECP Military Star and E-Commerce
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Handle customer and Exchange inquiries on ESSO accounts (ration balance, credit balance, refund of credit balance, plate deactivation, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* One year of customer service, customer relations, or retail operations experience required

  • Prior experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Familiarity with account services, ATN, credit card management systems, CCD, CVS, and other relevant systems
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
