What You'll Do

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
  • Assessing customer needs and providing personalized recommendations
  • Adjusting billing and arranging product solutions to meet customer needs
  • Providing world-class service by exceeding customer expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. If you have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
  • A strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
  • Enthusiasm and personability, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
  • Previous telecommunications experience (a plus)
