Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management initiatives by accurately and efficiently transferring large amounts of data into our new database system and updating current database files. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in data entry, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accurate input of multiple types of data into the proper database cells
• Entering information in a work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of the document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
• Demonstrating knowledge of photocopying and scanning procedures
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Staying on schedule and meeting deadlines
• Coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other team members to optimize database performance

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience preferred
• Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move freely throughout the production area, and climb ladders or platforms while wearing safety and production-related equipment
• Previous experience operating computers and using database technology is highly desirable
