We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and participate in various projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. What You'll Do:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating the candidates that apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
