They are seeking an elite Appointment Setter to book qualified appointments and close new clients using a proven system.

Responsibilities

  • Book 6-12 qualified appointments daily and close 12-16 new clients monthly
  • Contact every inbound lead within 5 minutes
  • Send a minimum of 20 targeted outreach messages daily
  • Make 20-80 dials daily depending on lead flow
  • Call every booking immediately to lock it down
  • Hit every unanswered lead 3+ times in 24 hours
  • Log every interaction in CRM with obsessive detail
  • Provide daily metrics reports
  • Continuously optimize based on data and feedback

  • Average response time (A-players: under 3 minutes)
  • Daily outbound volume (A-players exceed minimums by 50%+)
  • Dials per day (A-players never have 'slow days')
  • Appointment show rate (A-players get 70%+ shows)
  • Conversion rates (A-players break company records)
  • Monitor GHL CRM like a hawk during work hours
  • Respond to every message within 5 minutes
  • Call new leads faster than they can change their minds
  • Send minimum 20 outreach DMs daily
  • Call every lead the same day they opt-in
  • Confirm every booking immediately and pre-qualify ruthlessly
  • Identify and close downsell opportunities with surgical precision
  • Log every interaction in CRM with obsessive detail

  • You've consistently exceeded sales quotas in past roles
