EverCommerce - Financial Analyst (Hybrid, Denver CO)
EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their finance team, responsible for running financial models, conducting ad hoc financial analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Primary owner of the EverCommerce Cost models
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to monitor performance with specific focus on KPIs and operational drivers of the business
- Drive process for partnering with the Leadership team on all aspects of financial models
- OneStream power user for the organization to assist financial systems team with new functionality; serve as liaison with the field FP&A teams on OneStream matters
- Involved in other special projects as they arise
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant FP&A experience
- Strong advanced modeling skills, including experience with three statement models
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in finance software and tools
- Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, with OneStream proficiency highly preferred
- Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities and deliver enhanced efficiency and accuracy
- Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus
