Job Description:

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing data to drive process improvements, identify trends, and enhance quality control processes. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control team in collecting, verifying, and analyzing data to identify key insights and trends.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and present complex data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conducting exploratory analysis to address emerging maintenance issues and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Presenting findings, patterns, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding and drive business outcomes.
  • Developing and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and ensuring the need for data requirements.
  • Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews and surveys, and communicating findings to the team.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of processes and strategies by monitoring for patterns and errors.
  • Ensuring a compliance-focused approach in every decision.
  • Performing other work assignments as directed by the Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, analytics, business administration, or a related field).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in written, verbal, or presentation formats to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and tools (e.g., Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to identify root causes, perform driver analysis, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with PowerPoint to create presentations for verbal communications is a plus.
  • Past work experience in a related field is a plus.
