Job Title: Remote Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500 USD/month paid via direct deposit Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time Job Overview Our client is a private real estate management firm specializing in the operation of self-storage and industrial-flex assets. Their mission is to construct a diverse real estate portfolio and drive returns through operational efficiency. As of December 2025, Forward manages approximately $150 million in real estate assets, spanning >1.7 million square feet across 15 states. We are seeking to hire a talented Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies across a growing portfolio of real estate assets for our client. The ideal candidate is someone who has a bias for action, ability to manage a broad scope, and the aptitude to grow with the company. What Success Looks Like

  • You independently own the company's marketing initiatives end-to-end — from strategy development through execution and reporting
  • You proactively identify opportunities, test ideas, and propose campaigns without being prompted
  • When presented with a new business line, you can design a comprehensive, tactical marketing plan covering channels, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and creative direction
  • Leadership guidance is provided, but you are expected to drive execution and momentum
  • Position reports to: Head of Operations

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, optimize, and report on digital media campaigns across multiple platforms (Search, Social, Email, and Online Marketplaces)
  • Execute analog marketing strategies (direct mailers, OOH campaigns, print, etc.)
  • Develop channel-level and campaign-level marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • With support of Data Analyst, own performance reporting and analysis, translating marketing data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Manage online presence and reputation (Google Business, Apple Business, Yelp, etc.)
  • Execute Search Engine Optimization strategies
  • Assist with developing ad copy
  • Maintain and update company websites using no-code tools (content updates, landing pages, promotions — not backend engineering)Design and order marketing materials (flyers, signage, other promotional items)
  • Reconcile marketing spend monthly
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience executing successful marketing campaigns
  • 5+ year of experience with the following platforms:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Business/Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and turn loosely defined goals into concrete execution plans
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating quickly
  • Strong command of marketing KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with SEO strategies
  • GA4 (Google Analytics) reporting/dashboard experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Web design experience
  • Real estate marketing experience
  • Deep analytical capabilities
