Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack iOS Mobile Application Developer to join our remote team. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying next-generation mobile payment applications. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack iOS Mobile Application Developer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing next-generation mobile payment applications, writing solid code following best development practices
- Working as a part of a scrum team, executing product requirements, and collaborating with UX, product management, and other teams in an agile manner
- Providing subject matter expertise for the iOS platform
- Developing iOS frameworks and UI based on best practices
- Executing POCs for visionary initiatives
- Designing and developing native mobile applications for iOS, including Apps & SDK libraries
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Staying up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, technologies, and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in software development using Java, Objective-C, C, or C++
- 2+ years of experience in iOS Mobile Application Development
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design optimized for mobile platforms
- Design and development experience with native mobile applications for iOS
- Experience with iOS development tools, including Xcode, continuous integration tools, and unit testing
- Knowledge of iOS platform security practices
- Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications to server-side systems
- Solid coding practices, including good design documentation, unit testing, source control (GIT, SVN, etc.), and peer code-reviews
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with Mobile Banking applications
- Familiarity with integrating GCM notification systems
- Familiarity with design and implementation of configuration-oriented Apps
- Familiarity with Imaging API's and Remote deposit
