Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience every time
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to help customers find the perfect products
  • Work with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of convenient and delicious options
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a safe and welcoming space for customers and employees
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve daily goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that customers receive the level of service they expect from arenaflex

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and growing their careers with a dynamic and supportive team. If you have:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service and meeting sales targets
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • A motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • A willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a strong sense of balance and coordination
