Job Overview
As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our dealership clients online, engaging with customers through inbound chat conversations, providing them with essential information about our products and services. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring our dealer clients are positively represented online, converting these interactions into valuable leads, and driving revenue from website traffic. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Deliver precise information about our products and services through chat interaction, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, providing them with a personalized and hassle-free experience
- Cultivate and update an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations in the automotive industry
- Collect and document customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up, ensuring that our dealership clients receive valuable leads and opportunities for growth
- Summarize customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealership clients
Required Skills

Qualifications

- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments a plus
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving
- You must be able to pass a background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all employees
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth
