Our Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization is dedicated to creating marketplace demand and driving commerce for arenaflex through innovative products, partnerships, marketing, and customer experiences. As a Senior Developer, you'll report to the OnBrand Production Director and be part of our In-House Creative agency, OnBrand. Our ambition is to become the creative partner-of-choice for building seamless customer experiences across our Business Units, driving results and unlocking value through industry-defining creative excellence.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our Virtual Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with UX/UI, copy, and design teams
- Partnering with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and optimize overall development processes
- Providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work
- Ensuring all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and libraries
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud-based development platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with arenaflex's brand and marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use principles
