Position Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in San Antonio, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' healthcare experience
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer patient, helpful, and genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Training and Development:

  • Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks

  • Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and WFH positions

Schedule Options:

* Flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work

  • Full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week
  • Days off and hours may vary based on business needs

Compensation and Benefits:

* Pay rates start at $17.50
